Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
NHS services for children and young people with emotional, behavioural, or mental health difficulties. CAMHS is often mentioned in SEND contexts because many children with additional needs also experience anxiety, low mood, or behavioural challenges. Referral is usually through a GP or school.
